…a Meditation Guide, Modern Ritualist and lifelong explorer of what it means to live in relationship with your Self.

Right now, my work is centered around a simple question:

What if a sacred life isn't something we have to create — but something we learn to notice?

I’m exploring the tiny practices that bring us back to ourselves in the middle of ordinary life.

A few intentional breaths.
A walk without your phone.
Savoring a piece of chocolate.
Sitting in silence for five minutes.
Making your morning tea a ritual instead of a task.

I call these micro-rituals — small, repeatable ways of returning to yourself and making everyday life a little more sacred.

This work has been taking shape in me for a long time.

I've been a daily meditator for over 8 years and have spent more than a decade studying and experimenting with spiritual practices, ritual, personal growth and the many ways we learn to hear ourselves more clearly. I'm also trained & certified in both yoga and meditation.

For more than a decade, my professional work has centered around women stepping into more alignment and purpose. I've worked with hundreds of women as a coach and guide, much of that work ultimately coming back to the same questions:

Who are you?
What do you actually want?
What are you here to do?
And can you trust yourself enough to follow it?

Looking back, I can see that beneath all of my work has been an ongoing fascination with the relationship a woman has with herself. And how honoring and cultivating that relationship with Self creates a sacred, meaningful life.

These days, I'm less interested in elaborate daily spiritual routines and more interested in what happens when the sacred is noticed in the small things we are already doing and how we are already living.

A minute of stillness.
A hand on your heart.
A walk outside.
A deep breath of fresh air after a long day.

I believe these tiny returns to Self build something much bigger: self-intimacy, self-trust and a life that feels deeply your own.
