Alexandra Jamieson is an author, podcast host, chef, and rockstar mama bear. She coaches women going through big life shake-ups on the topics of self-care, nutrition, pleasure, and mastering a positive mindset to help them create the energy and peace they desire in their bodies, so they can be resilient, effective and happy in their lives. You may have seen her on CNN, Oprah, FOX News or in the Oscar-nominated documentary, Super Size Me.
 
Alex has built a business around her passion -- helping women live their healthiest, happiest lives -- and in her interview she openly confessed that it was not always sunshine and smooth sailing.
