LISTEN TO THIS PODCAST EPISODE:
I know you’re probably anxious to “shake off” 2020 and start fresh in the new year, but before we do that, I always think it’s a good idea to look back at the year that was.
Oh, 2020. Where did you come from?!
This year brought us a global pandemic, revealed the depth to which systemic racism permeates our country and had us at the edge of our seats with a nail-biting election — which in the end felt like a huge sigh of relief — and a sign, for me at least, that circumstances WILL get better, and we’re once again moving in a positive direction.
That’s what 2020 brought us as a whole, but I know that if you dig into it a bit, this year also brought you rich learnings and unexpected wonders and probably heartache too...and it was ALL in service of your growth.
Instead of pushing all that aside and jumping into 2021, let’s look at this year one final time. Together. So we can clearly see what we learned and where we want to go next.
You ready?
Grab your favorite journal, and give yourself 15 or 20min to reflect on the following questions:
The first thing I want you to consider is…
What happened this year that I am proud of?
Then, ask yourself…
What did I learn this year?
And lastly…
What am I willing to let go of?
After you do that, I would love for you to share your top takeaway with me inside the 3-Day Workweek Facebook Group.
