yoga: tone your arms

there's no denying it, we all long for toned, sculpted arms.  though the primary reason i practice yoga is because it makes me feel amazing on the inside, i certainly don't mind the strength and flexibility it has brought to my physical body.  above is a simple and effective 5 minute series to tone your arms and give you beautifully sculpted muscle definition as you link movement with the breath.
